Word to the Wise

I used some of my scarp pieces to make this wise words sign.
I used a thin piece of wood on the back to attach the signs to.
Quick and easy and a great use for leftovers.

  12. I have just seen several blogs with the fun word sign... I guess I need to put one of these signs on my "to do for summer list".

Love the cabinet...I am a primary color girl, but I sure love your grey.

  17. I'd love to hear how you painted the letters as well. Love all your work. Found your site today. It's awesome! I have tons of pallets and I keep getting hung up on things being straight and flush. Now I have so many ideas to get going that I'm sure I'll never want to go back to making things "square"

  18. First I'd like to applaud your talent and your blog. So glad I found you.
Looks like a few people had beat me to asking how you did the lettering on your signs. Love how each one is different. Did you use a silhouette? If so I'll be having to figure out a different way as I don't have one and chances of getting one are zero. I've tried using stencils with different fonts but spacing is a problem for me, have had to scrap several signs due to lousy spacing.
Besides loving to make things our budget suggested making things with pallets would be good to supplement with, keeping 2 seniors busy is even better.
Is there a reason we couldn't hand print or write them? I've thought of printing them out on computer, cut them out then trace on boards. If you can reply please do so at: FurryKidzPaperworx@gmail.com Thx Happy Days
